Order spare parts with the first production run, before the first owner asks for one. In April 2026, an Australian owner posted that the brand behind their pool robot had no spare parts in the country and offered a partial refund instead.

A charger or filter basket that isn't in the country turns a small fault into a lost sale.

Buyers can order filters, brushes, tracks, chargers and batteries separately from our robots, and all of them fit on the same production order.

1. Chargers for every model and plug type

A lost charger makes a working pool robot useless, and chargers go missing over winter: the robot goes to the garage, the charger goes in a drawer. Stock chargers per model in each plug type your countries use. A laptop charger with a similar plug won't do, because the output has to match the battery. Before listing, compare the output printed on the charger label with the model's manual, and plug one into a socket from each country you sell in.

2. Filters that match each model

Filters tear on sticks and wear thin in sandy pools, and a torn one becomes a complaint that the robot stopped picking up sand. Our floor-only robots, the Y10, Y20, C1, C2, C3 and C5, use 180 µm filtration. The Y50 adds a 10 µm fine filter to its 180 µm basket, and the H200 handheld has a 5 µm stage. The finer the layer, the faster it clogs and the sooner owners want a spare. Fit each spare to your sample by hand before you list it.
Table of filtration by model: 180 µm on floor robots, a 10 µm fine filter on the Y50 and 120 µm plus 5 µm on the H200

3. Tracks and brushes as routine wear parts

In our Y50S life test (QM test 24089), 10 units ran for 1,100 hours. No motor stalled, and the tracks showed real wear by the end, with every unit still running. On that robot, the tracks aged first.

Sell tracks and brushes as routine replacements, and print a worn track next to a new one in the manual.

4. A small battery stock per model

Lithium batteries lose capacity with age and charge cycles. An owner whose robot runs noticeably shorter in its third summer will buy a new battery if you have one, and a new robot, maybe another brand, if you don't. Packs differ by model: 2600 mAh in the Y20, 4500 mAh in the C1 and C2, 10400 mAh in the Y50. Store spares part-charged in a cool, dry room and sell the oldest first.

5. Part names and photos in the manual

Give every part a name and a photo in the manual, and use the same name in your support script. An owner who can ask for the 180 µm filter basket for the C5 can order it without a call. One who can't will phone, and some of those calls end with the robot back in its carton.

Why parts belong on the first order

Our lead times run until the goods are ready to ship, and freight comes on top. Parts ordered mid-season arrive after the owners who needed them have given up. Parts on the production order ride in the same container as the pool robots, under one booking. After the first season, compare what you stocked with what owners asked for, and adjust the next order.

Send the pool robot models you plan to launch through the form, and you'll get a spare parts list for each, ready to add to the same production order.
