Pool Robot Photos and Videos for Resellers
White-background photos, scene images, videos, A+ modules, spec sheets and manuals: what a pool robot reseller needs, and what to ask a supplier for.

A reseller can have the right robot at the right price and still lose the season to a weak listing. The units arrive, the warehouse is ready, and the product page has one blurry photo and a spec table copied out of a PDF. Buyers ask us for photos and videos early, often in the first email, so this is the list we'd work through with any reseller before launch.
One point up front: what exists differs by model. Some models have demo and how-to videos or Amazon-style A+ modules, and some don't. We share what each model has when you shortlist, so you can plan for the gaps before the units ship.
Can you send product photos and videos?
Start with the main image, because it does most of the selling in a search result. Most marketplaces want it on a plain white background, with the product filling the frame. Next come scene or lifestyle images that show the robot in a pool, so a shopper can judge its size and what it cleans. Then the detail shots: the filter basket open, the brushes, the charging point, the buttons. A shopper who has seen the basket open before buying asks fewer questions after. Videos earn their keep once a model is selling. A short demo helps the listing convert, and a how-to clip on emptying the filter saves your support team from answering the same email over and over.
Do the photos match the units we'll receive?
Ask this every time, with any supplier. Models get updated, and a photo from an earlier version can show a part the current unit doesn't have. A shopper who sees one design in the listing and receives another may send it back even if it works perfectly. Ask which version each image shows, and hold it up against your samples. Color matters too. Our H100 comes in blue, black and white, and each color needs its own main image. If your listing shows blue and you stock white, the photo is wrong.
Do you have A+ content?
For some models, yes, as Amazon-style A+ modules: wide images that pair one feature with a short line of text. They also work on any web shop with a long product page. Check every claim in them against the spec sheet before you publish. If the spec sheet says 150 minutes for the Y50S, the module shouldn't round it up. Inflated runtime claims tend to surface in reviews and returns well before anyone runs a compliance check.
Do you have a catalog or spec sheet we can share?
Dealers and pool shops buy from catalogs and spec sheets, and they compare them line by line. Keep the specs on your sheet identical to the ones on the manufacturer's product page: runtime, pool size, filter, basket and surfaces cleaned. Where you change the brand, change nothing else. If you rename a model, keep a short cross-reference so your support team can trace a customer's unit back to the factory model in one step.
What about manuals in our language?
Manual language is a standard private-label option, and a manual in the shopper's language is also a listing asset. Some marketplaces let you upload it as a PDF, and shoppers who can read it before buying tend to send fewer pre-sale questions. Our Y50S manual already covers English, German, French, Italian and Spanish. For other models and languages, ask which versions exist and how long a new translation takes to approve, because manual approval is part of the roughly 90 days a first private-label program needs.
What changes for private label?
If your units carry your logo, your main image should show it, so plan that early. A first private-label program takes about 90 days. That's enough time to build a listing if you start when samples arrive, and very little if you start when the goods ship. Two practical notes. We show our own products and documents only, and customer projects stay confidential, so you won't see another brand's private-label photos from us, and nobody will see yours. And ask in writing what you're allowed to edit, crop and reuse, so your agency knows the limits before it starts work.
FAQ
Does every model have videos and A+ modules?
No. Availability varies by model. We share what each model has when you shortlist, so you know what you'll need to create yourself.
When should we ask for marketing assets?
At the sample stage. That gives your team the whole production window to build listings, so they're ready when the first units land.
Building listings for next season? Tell us your models and channels (marketplace, web shop or dealer catalog) in the form below, and we'll send a list of what's available for each model. Our team will reply by email within 1 business day.
